Well, this may go with PMD too, but what sucks is, that the New starters appear during the story (and some of them when you finish it) This excludes Phanpy. Which can not be obtained.
Such as Shinx, because of this starter, Manectric and Electrike replaced Luxray and Luxio, but still, Shinx appears on both Amp Plains and Far Amp Plains.
And Eevee, It appears on Mystifying Forest as same as Mystery Jungle.
Strangly, Vulpix appears on Sky stairway- A place that has nothing to do with it.

Well yeah that sucks I mean I would use a device to, cause thats the only way to get all three starters, unless you trade.
