I beat the main story, I can't wait to try out the new extra missions and quests!

The new quests/dugeons:
Destiny Tower: a Dungeon that you will enter alone at LV 1. However, at the end of the Dungeon, there will be a big Arceus statue along with a valuable Item!
Sky Peak/Summit: A Mountain that when entering the first time at the Shaymin village, Shaymin will guide you though the 10 Stations.
5th, 4th, (I dunno this, too)
a gang of Carnavine will attack Sneasel and Team Frontier. However, when you fight them, Shaymin will tell them about what happened, making them allow you to continue on.
8th (Or 9th, not sure) Ampharos will be there, known as the Healer. At first visit: Ampharon will heal Sneasel and... Second visit: Sneasel left a present for you, known as a "Sky gift" which may contain a Joy seed, of any other kind of valuable items.
Summit: A lot of Grimers and some Muk have damaged the place with poisonous swamps. Try not to make Shaymin die at the first visit, After you defeat them, they will apology Shaymin; then it cleans the area and restores it to its normal State. As for the rest of the Pokemon, they say:
"What? How are we going to get back to the Village?" Shaymin answers:
"Dont worry. When I touch this flower" Shaymin touches a Gracidia. "I transform to this." Shaymin transforms to its Revealed Sky Forme, taking all of the Pokemon back to Shaymin Village.
At spinda Cafe, some dungeons are obtained there, such as Landslide Cave.
