I've added Ho-oh's Realm's premium shoutbox to the bottom of the forum as a global footer, so yeah, chat away, but don't spam.
Site rules apply, etc.
And if you want it removed, tell me. Also I'm not going to change the colours, sorry about that ^^

Uhh, we don't really need a shoutbox. And my members might not want to chat with strange people, as some of my members aren't from TST or HoR.
