Arcanine is considered Legendary, but not here. I mean,
"Arcanine's Pokédex entry for Pokémon Yellow connects the Pokémon world with our own. It says "A legendary Pokémon in China. Many people are charmed by its grace and beauty while running."
*sighs*
Add Dragonite, Metagross, Garchomp, and Tyranitar. These are only Pseudo-Legendaries.
